Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities by identifying client needs, checking offers, and referring to specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
