Lead Sephora’s global integrated marketing strategy by partnering with regional teams to develop and scale 360 campaign programs worldwide. Key Responsibilities

•Develop global 360 campaign programs with agency partners and scale them across international markets.
•Manage outsourced deliverables to protect Sephora’s brand expression and DNA, and lead strategic messaging for globally led integrated campaigns.
•Own project management for global marketing initiatives, including agency management, coordination with regional marketing leads, budget planning, and scheduling with legal and procurement.
•Support regions with strategic guidance and coaching across creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and activations.
•Conceptualize and develop signature global brand events and live experiences (e.g., SEPHORiA) and create playbooks for pop-ups and activations.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of integrated marketing expertise in international and multicultural organizations.
•Hands-on experience in marcom and creative development, including advertising, experiential/live events, content creation, and 360 campaigns.
•Experience working both agency-side and in-house.
•Proven ability to manage complex processes and collaborate with teams and 3rd parties in fast-paced environments.
