  • •Support credit risk improvements by connecting future consumer credit drivers to historical behavior, building risk models, and testing hypotheses with monitoring and analysis.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategies end-to-end, measuring impact through testing, monitoring, and accountable ownership of P&L and customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years people leadership experience, including the ability to build and leverage a high-performing team and partner effectively across the enterprise.
  • •5+ years of work experience driving business strategy from inception to implementation with cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and/or QuickSight.
  • •Ability to develop actionable recommendations for senior leadership by identifying and synthesizing business challenges and opportunities.
