Lead and grow the commercial sales organization across the Pacific Northwest region, coaching a team of Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists. Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and develop physician education and therapy adoption programs supporting Vivistim for chronic stroke recovery. Drive commercial excellence through analytics, metrics, and best-practice sharing.

Key Responsibilities

•Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
•Develop and execute regional business strategies, including sustainable referral pathways and expansion of Centers of Excellence, aligned to corporate objectives.
•Build Vivistim programs by connecting implanting physicians, rehabilitation providers, therapists, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders.
•Monitor and drive regional performance using key metrics, business analytics, forecasts, and territory priorities.
•Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales Operations, Clinical, Market Access, R&D, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to execute regional objectives.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 175,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of commercial experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
•3+ years of successful sales leadership experience.
•Experience launching or commercializing Class III medical devices or other highly clinical technologies.
•Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing commercial talent, including cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments.
•Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and business analytics skills, with CRM and reporting experience (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
