Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, construct, maintain, repair, and/or operate gas systems and coordinate related activities with other areas.
  • •Supervise technical crews’ daily work and ensure compliance with Operator Qualification and codes/standards requirements.
  • •Plan, schedule, monitor, dispatch, and control work resources to execute operations effectively.
  • •Administer safety programs and ensure safety standards are compiled within all work activities.
  • •Drive continuous station productivity improvements using Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools, and perform core supervisory/management functions including planning, organizing, directing work, staffing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of operations experience, or an Associate’s degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years.
  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical field (preferred).
  • •Operations experience in Natural Gas or the Utility industry (preferred).
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and recommend optimal solutions.
  • •Ability to travel and report to work at different locations within the corporation’s service area, including compliance with driving standards and DOT drug screens.
