Key Responsibilities

  • •Support insurance products across multiple classes and industries, working on complex policy wording challenges.
  • •Draft endorsements and review insurer feedback to improve product wording and coverage outcomes.
  • •Develop training materials and help launch new products, contributing to national projects affecting brokers and clients.
  • •Collaborate with experienced technical specialists to provide technical leadership initiatives and industry-leading solutions.
  • •Serve as the person others come to for clause interpretation, identifying coverage issues before they become client issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Enjoy diving deep into policy wording, interpreting coverage intent, and shaping insurance products.
  • •Demonstrated experience in roles such as general insurance, broking, underwriting, claims, legal/insurance law, product development, technical services, or compliance/governance.
  • •Strong technical problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • •Ability to identify coverage issues early, analyzing insuring clauses, exclusions, conditions, and endorsements.
  • •Experience explaining complex policy responses in practical terms, including how wording performs when tested by real claims.
