Job Summary

Support the product development process by managing samples and prototype reviews, tracking milestones, and coordinating development packages with overseas partners. Partner with Materials teams to source sampling materials, maintain product development data and tools, and manage day-to-day communication with the Asia PD team. Help drive approvals and resolve pending items to ensure smooth transition from development to commercialization while monitoring deadlines and escalating risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Support product development activities, including prototype/sample review and milestone adherence, and sending development packages to overseas partners.
•Partner with Materials teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.
•Execute, maintain, and update necessary product development data and tools.
•Manage day-to-day communication and activities with the Asia PD team, including approvals and resolution of pending items.
•Organize and maintain sample arrival and archiving, and support research and development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,350 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of relevant experience in product development, including handbags and SLGs (or equivalent education/experience).

•Ability to multi-task, collaborate with a team, and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, plus experience working with overseas partners.
