Key Responsibilities

  • •Support routine maintenance across bank locations focused on grass, trees, shrubs, and ground cover.
  • •Complete scheduled and unscheduled work orders, including responding to emergency and non-emergency requests and prioritizing responses.
  • •Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance tasks such as mowing, planting, trimming, snow removal, pressure washing, and debris cleanup.
  • •Support equipment maintenance and minor repairs, ensuring tools and vehicles are used safely and consistently with standards.
  • •Close out work orders via iPad or a Computerized Maintenance Management System and communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience, including zero-turn mower operation.
