AVP, Design Build Manager- Transportation & Water

Lead large-scale transportation and water design-build programs from concept through delivery, managing complex schedules, milestones, resourcing, and budget forecasts. Direct cross-functional teams across multiple departments and coordinate with consulting firms, clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Drive risk and compliance management, negotiate complex vendor contracts, and deliver regular status reporting while mentoring junior program managers and continuously improving program management practices.
