Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing tendering and project execution phases.
  • •Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled to support customer satisfaction and project profitability.
  • •Establish and execute Project Quality Plans and inspections/test plans, including witness/hold points and quality records for contract compliance.
  • •Incorporate customer quality requirements and FOE/lessons learned into tender proposals and project execution to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Perform root cause analysis of key customer issues, manage NCRs, and control main project KPIs/OKRs with reporting to business leaders and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
  • •Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering, Project Management, or Project engineering.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • •Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple projects, identify and solve problems, and demonstrate analytical and organizational skills.
