Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full payroll cycle for US and international payroll via stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely calculations.
  • •Process and validate monthly payroll inputs and ensure correct mutation processing tied to salary payments.
  • •Reconcile accounting entries to confirm accuracy of payroll-related transactions.
  • •Maintain the time & attendance tool (Humanity) and ensure it processes correctly; handle exceptions with HR and escalate urgent issues.
  • •Lead payroll process and system improvement projects, including developing and implementing a change request process; support audits and tax filing coordination when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in an equivalent payroll/HR administration role.
  • •Proven track record in payroll administration.
  • •Experience with nonprofit finances.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks) and data management systems; experience with domestic and international PEOs.
