Job Summary

Maintain and repair a wide range of customer and company heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the rental facility. Use the company’s technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/diesel issues, order parts, and keep electronic documentation up to date. Follow safe job practices, assist with technician training, and support equipment and parts pickup/delivery in a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
•Use laptops/tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
•Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
•Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
•Assist with training lower-level technicians and support equipment/parts pickup and delivery as needed.
