Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision of Mechanical and Piping teams to deliver shutdown activities to safety and quality requirements.
  • •Supervise multiple activities and work groups to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • •Participate in planning, scheduling, and coordination of shutdown activities to meet timeframes and shutdown objectives.
  • •Ensure duties are performed in line with Wood’s and the client’s HSE programs.
  • •Lead the disciplines’ delivery of work to meet safety, operational reliability, quality, financial, and productivity targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant technical/trade qualification.
  • •Construction White Card.
  • •Current Drivers Licence.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • •Understand, work to, and ensure compliance with the clients’ Permit to Work System, including developing and ensuring SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) are completed.
