Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of Process Intelligence capabilities, including process/task mining and enabling improvement actions with tracked benefits.
  • •Build and own the Process Intelligence roadmap aligned to Group Data Technology strategy and value realisation.
  • •Analyse enterprise transaction/event logs to identify bottlenecks, conformance gaps, and root causes.
  • •Partner with senior stakeholders to shape business cases and define key non-functional requirements.
  • •Manage technology outcome delivery, including agile ways of working, risks/dependencies, delivery controls, and governance of platform/licences/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Process Intelligence experience translating event log insights into measurable operational improvement.
  • •Hands-on Celonis or ARIS experience, including analyses, dashboards, and data modelling.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and operational KPIs, with ability to quantify value (cost, time, risk, control uplift).
  • •Experience working with large-scale operational datasets and event logs, including case/activity/timestamp concepts.
  • •Experience working in regulated environments with data controls and privacy considerations.
