Job Summary

Develop and maintain software verification procedures, test tools, and requirement tracing to support development of lifesaving Acute Care Technology products. Analyze and create verification tests for software requirements, execute verification activities, and keep test protocols and documentation up to date throughout the SDLC. Track progress against performance and schedule goals, and stay current with software test methodologies through ongoing self-study and industry learning.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, document, execute, and maintain software verification procedures and testing tools in accordance with regulatory requirements.
•Analyze and create verification tests for software requirements.
•Review and maintain high-quality software verification procedures and keep test protocols and requirement tracing current across the SDLC.
•Execute verification procedures and report progress toward performance and schedule objectives.
•Stay current with software test methodologies and best practices through self-study and industry engagement, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements

•BS degree required or equivalent in Engineering or related science or mathematics discipline.
•At least 2 years of software testing experience on a product development team.
•Knowledge of an advanced programming language (e.g., C++, C, Java, Python).
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Familiarity with SDLC tools including bug tracking, code repository, and requirements tracing.
