Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering customer needs and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales through outbound calling, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
