Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvement steps
  • •Provide coaching, feedback, performance management, and establish a positive team environment aligned with company values
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and train associates on Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time
