Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own a tiered partner marketing strategy aligned to Dragos’s partner program across technology alliances, GSIs, channel partners, and MSSPs.
  • •Build and maintain a rolling partner marketing calendar aligned to industry events, partner QBRs, and pipeline milestones.
  • •Translate partner business strategy into actionable, measurable marketing programs across sell-with and sell-through motions.
  • •Design and execute co-marketing programs with priority partners that contribute to sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • •Own MDF program strategy and activation, ensuring clear ROI tracking and reporting, and keep partner marketing visible in pipeline and attribution frameworks.

Salary: USD 175,000

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years focused on partner or channel marketing.
  • •Experience working with Microsoft and Accenture is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated success designing and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • •Experience managing MDF programs and co-marketing relationships with technology alliance and channel partners.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to build compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and partners.
