Job Summary

Own and grow Mixpanel’s Solution Partner and Channel ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Recruit and enable partners, build joint go-to-market plans, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell and reseller motions. Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to embed partners into account planning, manage partner performance using revenue tooling, and negotiate partnership agreements to accelerate deal cycles and forecast partner-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a defined portfolio of Solution, Channel, and Reseller partners across ANZ, focused on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and resell revenue.
•Define an ideal partner profile for ANZ and lead structured outreach to recruit and expand partner coverage.
•Build partner-specific business plans (targets, pipeline goals, sales plays, enablement needs, executive relationships, quarterly milestones).
•Develop joint GTM plans with partners, including shared value propositions, co-sell motions, investment commitments, and outcomes.
•Negotiate partnership agreements and enable partner teams, while managing partner pipeline reporting and the PRM system to ensure accurate onboarding and deal registrations.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, including 3+ years building Agency, Consulting, or Channel Partner GTM motions.
•Experience building, managing, or scaling partner relationships across the ANZ market and generating pipeline through local resellers, agencies, consultancies, and systems integrators.
•Track record driving partner-sourced pipeline and running effective co-sell programmes.
•Strong commercial instincts across pipeline creation, opportunity progression, forecasting, partner-sourced revenue, and deal acceleration.
•Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, including co-sell commitments and commercial incentives.
