Key Responsibilities

•Represent the client and serve as interface with all project stakeholders, enabling smooth, clear, cross-functional communication.
•Manage information flow between the client and the project team through rigorous steering, regular meetings, and structured written communications.
•Ensure client satisfaction by meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental norms.
•Provide strategic advisory support by proposing tailored approaches to achieve client objectives and optimize overall project performance.
•Establish exemplary project governance, including applying procedures, following internal processes, and using management tools effectively.

Key Requirements

•8–10 years of experience leading construction, development, or redevelopment projects, ideally in the office or hospitality sector.
•Higher education background such as Engineer, Architect, or Project/Program Management, with strong experience managing complex projects.
•Ability to work flexibly and autonomously in dynamic environments and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
•Excellent written and analytical skills to produce clear, structured, professional reporting in both French and English.
•Fluency in French and English, spoken and written, to interact with international stakeholders.
