Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage compensation governance and operations for USA/CAN to ensure consistent, fair, competitive, and compliant practices.
  • •Administer compensation structures, salary ranges, incentive programs, allowances, and related compensation processes aligned with global practices.
  • •Oversee the annual salary review and merit cycle, including market benchmarking, budget coordination, recommendations, approvals, and implementation follow-up.
  • •Own market analysis and compensation benchmarking to support competitiveness, internal equity, and talent attraction and retention goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable labor and pay transparency requirements in the United States and Canada, partnering on audits, reporting, controls, and remediation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards, preferably supporting the United States and Canada.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation practices including job evaluation, salary structures, market pricing, incentive programs, and internal equity analysis.
  • •Experience conducting market benchmarking and translating compensation insights into practical business decisions.
  • •Demonstrated experience improving compensation processes, implementing controls, documenting procedures, and supporting audits and compliance reviews.
