Manager – Rebates & Incentive

Manage end-to-end accounting for rebates and incentives, including revenue recognition, expense recording, and timely financial closes. Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with SEC, U.S. GAAP, statutory, and regulatory requirements, while staying current on accounting changes. Develop and implement GAAP-aligned accounting policies, cost-effective controls, and conduct period analyses, reconciliations, and variance explanations. Partner with finance stakeholders globally and support external auditors.
