Key Responsibilities

  • •Own CrowdStrike Falcon configuration to scope and tune policies and generate actionable alerts.
  • •Partner with MDR providers to define alert routing, triage thresholds, and escalation logic.
  • •Monitor AWS cloud environments for security posture drift, including misconfigured IAM, overly permissive security groups, exposed storage, and non-compliant resources.
  • •Secure Kubernetes clusters and container workloads using Network Policies, RBAC, Admission Controllers, and runtime detection for anomalous behavior.
  • •Evaluate and implement cloud SIEM and other detection tooling, and build detection rules and alerting pipelines, including IaC security and automation workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, or a related infrastructure security discipline.
  • •Hands-on experience with a cloud security posture management (CSPM) platform such as CrowdStrike, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, or equivalent.
  • •Deep familiarity with AWS security architecture, including IAM/SCP policy design, VPC networking, security groups, and CloudTrail.
  • •Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation, including enforcing security standards in IaC workflows.
  • •Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident (Xometry handles ITAR-controlled data).
