Key Responsibilities

  • •Process & approve account opening and servicing documentation for current, checking, demand deposit, term/time deposit, loan, and credit card accounts in accordance with policies and regulations.
  • •Provide consultation to relationship managers and approve system actions while managing KYC & JCIC enquiries.
  • •Analyze and define problems, ensure system errors are highlighted and resolved.
  • •Lead the team to produce quality results on time; review and ensure DCFC procedures are properly followed and updated.
  • •Monitor and manage staff productivity, continuously improve service/productivity/quality, report customer complaints, and conduct training for junior staff, vendors, and GSCM/OAM.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree.
  • •Above 5 years working experience.
  • •Knowledge of internal control regulations and Cheque Law.
  • •Professional banking knowledge plus legal and compliance knowledge.
  • •Fluent English writing.
