Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and enhance IAM governance processes across JML, recertification, and application onboarding frameworks.
  • •Review project findings to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve group-wide IAM governance guidelines, standards, and documentation.
  • •Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and recurring meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • •Monitor progress, report governance activity updates, and present outcomes and recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within IAM Governance, Identity Management, or User Access Management programs.
  • •In-depth knowledge of IAM governance processes including Identity Lifecycle Management, JML, recertification, and application onboarding.
  • •Experience with business roles, non-personal accounts, and access governance controls.
  • •Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with confidence to challenge assumptions and validate recommendations.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
