Build Supervisor (Starship)

Lead a on-site team of fabricators, welders, and technicians in assembling Starship and Super Heavy vehicles. Drive daily production, organize multi-shift workflows, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with engineering to translate designs into build-ready work plans. Mentor ~30 technicians, manage labor, and push continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
