Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of servers; diagnose and repair issues, including rack and stack during buildouts.
  • •Maintain network infrastructure via gear swaps, troubleshooting optics/fiber links, and repairing them.
  • •Manage, respond to, and resolve data center operations tickets using Jira across functions.
  • •Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures; handle receipt and decommissioning of hardware.
  • •Install racks/servers/switches (staging, cabling, power-up) and perform warehouse inventory and asset management.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience working with server, storage, compute, and network hardware.
  • •2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure.
  • •1+ years of experience in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and shipping server and network equipment.
  • •Strong Linux skills, including navigating directories, using Linux commands for process management, and basic troubleshooting/debugging.
  • •Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work 24/7 facility shifts (day and night).
