B- Shift Supervisor Maintenance (Council Bluffs Case Ready)

Manage safety, downtime, budget, and overtime for the maintenance function on the B shift. Oversee the assigned maintenance/production crew, complete work orders, and run preventative maintenance while scheduling crews and production orders. Troubleshoot industrial equipment such as grinders, blenders, conveyors, and packaging machinery. Ensure OSHA and local/state compliance, maintain safety logs, and drive continuous improvement and ergonomic upgrades within the facility.
