Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate Salesforce release activities and end-to-end deployment planning with multi-functional teams, supporting change management adherence.
  • •Partner with architects and engineering teams to solve deployment/release problems using Salesforce Platform and tools like GitHub and Copado.
  • •Own and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, including static analysis, automated testing, and managing dev/staging/production environments.
  • •Implement deployment standards such as redundant pipelines, rollback strategies, and governance controls aligned to security and compliance requirements.
  • •Build AI-driven DevOps solutions (copilots, autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, generative AI) and agentic capabilities to automate release notes, deployment impact analysis, regression triage, and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of DevOps experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools for pipeline configuration, Git branching/merging, and release management including metadata and data migrations.
  • •5+ years administering and delivering requirements on the Salesforce platform (Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, VisualForce, Lightning).
  • •Familiarity with static code analysis tools such as SonarQube, PMD, or equivalents.
  • •Experience with Salesforce data tools including Data Loader, Workbench, and Demand Tools.
  • •Create and deliver documentation, training, and communications for feature and process changes.
