•Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
•Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating onsite interviews, candidate tours, offer negotiations, and background checks.
•Identify recruitment challenges in hiring and propose actionable solutions to streamline processes.
