Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own end-to-end architecture for Generative and Agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, agents, tool/function calling, RAG, and memory/state management.
  • •Remain hands-on with software development to build components and take prototypes into production-grade solutions.
  • •Define engineering standards and best practices for AI applications, including testing/evaluation strategies, guardrails, observability, and CI/CD.
  • •Design scalable, secure, and reliable AI systems with attention to performance, latency, cost, monitoring, and production needs.
  • •Lead technical design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and advise clients on AI architecture, platform, and technology choices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in software/backend engineering, designing and building enterprise-grade systems.
  • •Strong hands-on production software engineering experience, including writing production code in Python or an equivalent language.
  • •Demonstrable experience building LLM and agentic AI applications (AI agents, LLM orchestration, tool/function calling).
  • •Strong RAG knowledge, including retrieval approaches and vector-based search.
  • •Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern engineering/DevOps practices such as containers, CI/CD, and observability.
