Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • •Develop, document, and improve standard work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing procedures.
  • •Assist in designing tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
  • •Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • •Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) while supporting new product introductions and ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • •Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or similar.
