Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the planning team’s technical capability and be the subject-matter expert on front-end production planning tasks before production.
  • •Oversee and coordinate daily planning operations and actively build the production schedule.
  • •Analyse previous week production measurements to adapt plan parameters and extract insights for ongoing and future projects.
  • •Drive initiatives to improve tools and processes that optimise production, measurement, and KPI reporting using AI and automation.
  • •Act as technical lead for the team, coordinating short- and mid-term team and business projects.
