Co-lead On’s flagship community store in Tokyo and take ownership of daily performance and customer experience. You’ll oversee store operations across inventory, back-of-house processes, and front-of-house service, while acting as an in-store troubleshooting expert for store systems such as POS. Lead and support Store Advisors through recruiting, coaching, and performance feedback, and monitor KPIs to keep the business healthy.
