Job Summary

Lead the design and construction coordination for office projects’ MEP systems, covering electrical (MT/BT), HVAC, PCI, BMS, plumbing, IT, and general weak-current/low-voltage systems. Serve as the main technical contact for MEP specialists during design and as support to construction leadership during execution. Manage commissioning activities, coordinate contractors and “Dirección Facultativa,” and support procurement and cost change management while ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the design of MEP systems: electrical (MT/BT), mechanical (HVAC, PCI, BMS, plumbing, IT, security/low-voltage in general).
•Act as the main interface with installation specialists from involved parties during the design stage (client, engineering, and other consultants).
•Coordinate stakeholders during design with the design lead and/or Project Manager; support construction coordination across all installations during the execution stage.
•Own the management and coordination of specialty stakeholders in construction (contractors and “Dirección Facultativa”) and oversee compliance of scope, schedule, quality, and safety.
•Support procurement and cost leads for tenders and manage costs and changes within the specialty; support commissioning activities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of solid experience in the role, with office sector experience valued.
•Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
•Professional-level English.

•Strong coordination and planning skills, with high communication ability with clients and contractors to achieve objectives.
