Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Oracle ERP implementation projects through system configuration, data analysis, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • •Develop and extend Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions using OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • •Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP/REST to connect FIN/HCM with third-party providers.
  • •Perform data migration using FBDI templates, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and spreadsheet-based loaders for data transformations.
  • •Create AIM documentation, technical specs, and test scripts for SIT/UAT, and participate in code reviews and SDLC change management; monitor and troubleshoot SQL/application performance.
  • •Led at least 2 full implementation lifecycles, focusing on performance monitoring and troubleshooting in Oracle systems.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development with strong proficiency in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • •Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services (SOAP/REST), including integrations for FIN/HCM with providers such as ADP and Mercer.
  • •Strong data migration experience using FBDI templates and HCM Data Loader (HDL), plus spreadsheet-based data loaders for conversions.
  • •Familiarity with Fusion ERP Technical Architecture and modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PO across Finance, SCM, and HCM domains.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science, with strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and knowledge of ITIL for development/support projects.
