Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare portfolio materials for client account review meetings by retrieving reports from EDS, PIMS, IMS, and PAS systems.
  • •Set up and maintain client account files and documentation, including investment guidelines, fees, and address changes.
  • •Order reports and respond to client inquiries, ensuring follow-up and advisor/portfolio manager follow-through on client requests.
  • •Process client transactions including cash transfer requests, fund trades, physical stock/bond certificate processing, and DTC transfers.
  • •Support risk and compliance requirements by mitigating errors, coordinating REV and New Account Review documentation and processes, and researching tax-related discrepancies.
