Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational readiness for the cloud Order Management platform across releases and enhancements
•Lead design and delivery oversight for primary integrations (Cloud OM ↔ billing system, Cloud OM ↔ CRM, Cloud OM ↔ payment system) ensuring data integrity and control points across the O2C process
•Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash workflows and how OM integrates with billing systems to support invoicing and revenue outcomes
•Establish a team and operating model that supports Dev teams and release management with clear requirements, integration mappings, test strategies, cutover planning, and production readiness activities
•Oversee the run/maintain model for OM including incident triage, root-cause coordination, vendor engagement, escalation communications, and continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 258,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
•Demonstrated advanced expertise in Order Management platforms and Order-to-Cash processes, including fulfillment-to-billing touchpoints and integration dependencies across enterprise ecosystems
•Strong experience leading enterprise OM implementations and integrations, including cloud-to-on-prem integration patterns, data mapping, process alignment, and end-to-end operational readiness
•Hands-on integration leadership across key platforms: Cloud OM, CRM, Payment systems, and Billing platforms
•Experience leading complex cross-functional delivery, guiding design decisions, testing (including UAT), cutover, and go-live stabilization
