Build and scale Ripple Treasury’s Liquidity Management platform, enabling real-time visibility into cash and liquidity across banks, accounts, currencies, and legal entities. Work with a modern engineering team to deliver cloud-native solutions using Azure services, strong testing practices, and deep observability. Lead technical design and code evaluations, mentor fellow engineers, and participate in the YBIYRI model with on-call responsibilities.

•Lead technical design and code evaluations while mentoring fellow engineers and exploring new technologies.
•Improve team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices; participate in the YBIYRI model and on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in .NET and C#, plus advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
