Job Summary

Lead plumbing engineering professional responsible for high-level design, development, and oversight of plumbing systems across multi-site infrastructure and construction projects. Provides guidance on sanitary, gas, process piping, and fire protection; coordinates with owners, architects, and sub-consultants; ensures compliance with codes, safety plans, and QA/QC across project phases from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee plumbing design and construction tasks across multiple projects, including rehabilitation and new builds, ensuring QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
•Coordinate construction plans with owners, architects, sub-consultants, and clients, developing specifications and data-driven project documentation.
•Develop and apply advanced plumbing engineering techniques, load calculations, and design standards to meet project needs and future-ready solutions.
•Manage junior engineers and other professionals, including budgets, timesheets, and task delivery across concurrent projects.
•Prepare technical reports, data visualizations, and presentations to support design decisions and project milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
•7 to 10 years of relevant post education experience in engineering discipline and prior plumbing and mechanical design experience.
•Engineer License is optional, but not required
•Proficient with plumbing and mechanical engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to project work-related issues.
•Extensive knowledge of building and infrastructure design.
