Key Responsibilities

•Perform standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Waygate Technologies equipment at Waygate and customer locations.
•Maintain, repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and peripheral equipment such as x-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, motors/controllers, power supplies, and high voltage control circuits.
•Provide technical support to customers via phone and onsite service.
•Complete standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements in a timely manner.
•Monitor site safety during work scope execution and drive customer satisfaction through quality service standards.
