Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule catching, loading, and live hauling of live broilers to the processing plant while monitoring DOAs.
  • •Promote safety and ensure a safe working environment.
  • •Monitor driver time and ELD logs and review Drive Cam videos; ensure drivers and catchers arrive on time at the farm and plant.
  • •Coordinate with the catch contractor's Live Haul Manager and driver supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.
  • •Make changes to the catch and haul schedule and supervise or help personnel with repair of cages as needed.
