Director, Carline Program Management - Autonomous Vehicles

Lead the full lifecycle of an L4 Robotaxi carline program, from feature definition and platform planning through vehicle-specific adaptation, prototype integration, validation, and mass-production readiness. Build and lead a carline PM team driving product planning across data collection, ML ops, data ops, in-car testing, KPI iteration, and customer management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve issues across software, hardware, vehicle, validation, and customer-facing workstreams, and communicate roadmap updates to ensure competitiveness.
