Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full lifecycle of an autonomous driving carline program (L4 Robotaxi), from feature definition and platform planning through adaptation, prototype integration, validation, and mass-production readiness.
  • •Set execution plans for the carline PM team and coordinate with relevant teams using deep understanding of customer needs and AV industry knowledge.
  • •Lead product planning activities including data collection, MLOps, DataOps, in-car testing, KPI iteration, and customer management.
  • •Drive issue resolution across software, hardware, vehicle, validation, and customer-facing work streams using structured, data-driven decisions.
  • •Continuously improve execution processes to increase development speed, integration efficiency, release quality, and delivery reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS (or equivalent) in engineering with 15+ overall years of experience across both software and hardware platforms.
  • •8+ years of leadership experience.
  • •Experience working in a software development environment.
  • •Track record leading launches of technically complex products to customers, especially scaled L4 Robotaxi programs.
  • •Strong technical leadership and communication skills to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers.
