Project Controls Manager

Own project controls reporting for large construction programs, ensuring monthly progress monitoring, planned vs. earned value milestones, and accurate schedules. Lead development and updates of the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track change orders, and advise project teams using performance metrics, critical path impact analysis, and quantitative risk assessments. Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to maintain schedule integrity and produce monthly management reports while supporting contract administration and (if applicable) SOX controls.
