Job Summary

Provide onsite IT support for a federal customer in Honolulu, supporting service desk and help desk activities, resolving technical issues through ServiceNow, and coordinating with technical teams to restore services. Perform network/server operation and maintenance, install and troubleshoot devices and operating system updates (via SCCM Software Center), support telework users using VPN/Citrix, and assist with encryption, cabling, inventory, disposal preparation, and video/audio conferencing O&M.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
•Interact with network services and software/application teams to restore service and correct core problems.
•Perform routine system maintenance and analysis, including hardware configuration changes and installing/troubleshooting equipment.
•Install operating system patches/upgrades via SCCM Software Center and provide remote support for telework/home users using VPN/Citrix.
•Support enterprise operations including network/security operations centers, wireless services, asset inventory, disposal preparation, and video conferencing/audio-video O&M.
