Job Summary

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across Canada, translating global and regional plans into locally relevant initiatives. Drive work-winning and talent acquisition support by shaping marketing programs aligned to brand priorities, business targets, and sector stakeholder needs. Build and maintain partnerships, collaborate with marketing and communications teams, and regularly report on marketing performance and ROI while managing budgets, deadlines, and processes.

•Translate global and regional marketing strategies into Canadian market initiatives.
•Shape and deliver marketing initiatives that support regional growth and work-winning strategies.
•Build and maintain partnerships with key sector stakeholders.
•Regularly report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.
•Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues and ensure initiatives meet processes, deadlines, and budgets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
•8+ years specializing in B2B or services marketing strategy development and deployment.
•Experience engaging clients through the full marketing mix.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
•Excellent knowledge of marketing and communication technologies and tools, including AI.
