Key Responsibilities

  • •Pack bone-in ham products (including boxing, bagging, and palletizing) at production-line speeds.
  • •Label and pre-price products using inkjet labeling and scale-generated labels.
  • •Perform tasks such as stripping casing/netting, racking/hang racking, and pushing/pulling product racks.
  • •Operate or support equipment including conveyor/case sealer and packaging-related machinery (e.g., CryoVac, case erector, box forming).
  • •Perform additional production handling such as bandsaw and spiral slicing activities as assigned.
