Job Summary

Support daily store operations by working with the Operations Supervisor to keep the stockroom organized and merchandise updates accurate. Provide friendly client service during business hours, assist with cashier training, and help maintain cleanliness standards in the cashier zone. Handle shipment receipt and processing, process transfers/damages/testers, communicate visual and inventory issues, and participate in shortage/loss and inventory control programs.

•Perform shipment receipt and processing, organize and maintain the stockroom, and process transfers, damages, and testers.
•Communicate missing/damaged visual elements and inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor or store leadership, ensuring safety and sampling compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17.8 - 20.95 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
•Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
•Ability to multi-task while staying attentive to clients and store needs.
•Effective time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
•High School graduate or equivalent, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
