Job Summary

Lead end-to-end application development and support delivery for a major public sector programme, operating across multiple technology areas. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, and escalations. Provide technical oversight with engineering and support teams, plan and allocate resources, and ensure delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Oversee financial performance including P&L, revenue, and margin.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and support services in a complex, multi-technology environment.
•Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.
•Provide technical oversight and engage in detailed discussions with engineering and support teams.
•Manage resources, including planning, allocation, and utilisation across teams.
•Track and manage financial performance (P&L, revenue, margin) and ensure delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in IT delivery spanning both application development and support.
•Proven progression from hands-on technical work into delivery leadership.
•Experience managing large, complex delivery engagements in multi-technology environments.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, including engaging senior non-technical clients.
•Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
