Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of inbound GNB relationships in Macau, focusing on revenue growth, business development, and risk management.
•Originate and develop new GNB clients, emphasizing cross-border opportunities between Macau and other countries.
•Maximise relationship returns through account planning, disciplined sales/service execution, and wallet-share deepening for borrowing and non-borrowing customers.
•Deliver client solutions by partnering with product teams across Transactional Banking (GPS/GTS/MSS), Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Global Trade and Receivable Finance, and Global Markets.
•Ensure compliance with Global Standards and local regulations, including GS-CDD/CDD, and uphold Financial Crime Risk controls across onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above; Accounting or Finance degree is preferred.
•2–3 years’ banking experience in wholesale banking (front-line or client-facing support experience preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes with a foundation in banking products and services, plus willingness to broaden product knowledge.
•Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
